~*Reducing Stress*~

Do some enjoyable activities whenever possible...
(Daddy, can we go out for an ice cream purrrrlease?)

Take a short break after meals to relax...
(theres this reallllllllly big tree at the park Daddy...)

(like scampering up that realllly big tree???...)

Take breaks during the workday to relax...
(ooooohhhhhh, i recommend offering the bossman a choccie mousse as an attempt to keep the peace...if its one of my own creations he'll never miss ya...proooomise!)

Do some enjoyable activities whenever possible...
(thinks the halo has managed to choke hold on me...oyyyyyy)

Wear comfortable and loose clothing when possible...
(will none at all do???)

(i was joking abouts scampering up that tree...i thinks!)

Take off your shoes when you can...
(buts socks are alllllllways allowable ~*nods nods nods*~ even when being tucked into bed me thinks)

Walk, work and eat at a relaxed pace...
(walk, work and eat...among other things....)

If you notice tension in your body during the day, take a minute to breathe deeply, stretch and relax...
(and uhmmmmmmmmmm...lights a candle???...*smiles innocently...it's good for the senses...)

Do some enjoyable activities whenever possible...
(thinks loads about those candles *drip drip drip*)

If you find yourself worrying throughout the day, take a minute to breathe and concentrate on something in the present, such as birds or the scenery around you...
(mmmmmmm...i just loves following Dr's orders...wellll, er uhmmm...i do in thisssss case anyhows)
